CloverCitySells is an owner of the information collected on this site. CloverCitySells collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.

ORDERS

We receive information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Out of respect for our users we provide a way to opt-out of these communications.

CloverCitySells works in conjunction with two other services: PayPal.com and LuLu.com.

PayPal provides CloverCitySells and you with a service to enable payment using Visa, MasterCard and other electronic payments. WEB SITE TRAFFIC INFORMATION

Because of the way the World Wide Web communications standards work, when you arrive at or leave the CloverCitySells site, our web host, BlueHost.com receives and makes available to us information on the aggregate Web address of the sites that users came from. We also collect aggregate information on which pages of our Web site are visited, the type of browser used and the times the web site is accessed. We use this information only to try to understand our customers' preferences and better manage our inventory.

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their orders. We reply via email, phone or mail, in accordance with the users wishes

CloverCitySells is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use PayPal to assure your safety in credit card transactions. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information by storing address information on one computer that is password protected. All paperwork involved in processing the order is restricted and used only for shipping information.

SHARING

CloverCitySells will never sell our contact information to a third party for advertising purposes.

If the CloverCitySells site is sold to a third party, the information will be transferred to the buyer with the understanding that they comply with the CloverCitySells privacy policy. If this occurs users will be notified by announcement listed on the web site's index page for 30 days.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such an action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

We share aggregated information with our partner BlueHost.com. This information in collected by BlueHost as part of it's web hosting services and is not shared with any third party. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
