A White Christmas in
Seattle!
I'm starting to feel like
we're in Minnesota! We've had days of snow, and more is predicted tonight. The weather reporters are starting to hint that our
Puget Sound cold snap could last through the coming week. Buses are
sliding down hills and over freeways, cars are filling the auto repair
shops with fender benders, people are leaving their cars in the
streets and walking home and the airports have run out of deicer
-leaving travelers stranded.
And, once again - I
thank my lucky stars that I don't own a 'bricks and mortar' store. The
retailers are closing early today, on the last weekend night before the big
holiday.
Buster the snowplow...
Knowing that I don't have to face the morning
commute, makes me very, very happy. And watching my dogs do snow
angles and play in the snow has kept my spirits up. Buster, who seems to live for
this weather, has a new nick-name; "Snowplow" because she
dives in nose
first and scoots though the fresh powder.

As you can see we have
plenty of white stuff for Santa.
